Souad Nanaa – Executive Director
Social entrepreneur aiming to bring positive change in the lives of migrants and to change the prejudice and perception of migrants in the host country.
Before devoting her full-time work to SAMA FOR ALL, her career path was including head of Corporate Development, Sales & Marketing Manager and expert in market research in the hotel industry, media, and catering services for over 25 years.
She has practiced corporate governance through the implementation of innovative and structured CSR systems within companies.
She is multilingual, fluent in Arabic, English, French and Italian.
Claude Cabanne – French teacher
She is now retired, she taught French in high school and college for about ten years, then, as a human resources consultant, She has provided training assignments in communication and management with groups of adults in the corporate world.
Interested in cultural transmission, she also volunteers with young adolescents to support them in their education.

Kotaiba Meslmani – President and Treasurer
After choosing the banking sector to start his professional career, kotaiba joined Paris Nanterre University to obtain a master’s degree in banking, finance and insurance.
and after one year in the cache clearing service at the Société Générale in La Défense.
He recently started a great professional adventure within the Banque Palatine of the BPCE group as a bank manager in the loans department.
Art is a very important part of his life, and he is passionate about poetry and philosophy, with a strong interest in swimming, particularly in the English Channel and the Atlantic Ocean.
Monica Moncayo – Secretary and strategic adviser
Monica Moncayo is an economist from the Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia and has a master’s degree in Sustainable Development and Social Innovation from HEC Paris.
She has more than six years of experience as a consultant in the international development sector and, more recently, she is dedicated to the decarbonization of companies and territories.
Monica is passionate about social entrepreneurship and supports organizations that facilitate access to essential services and improve the quality of life of underserved populations.
She strongly believes in social innovation and co-creation as a vehicle for inclusive development.
